We believe that those who move into our homes become part of our family, and by extension, we welcome their loved ones too. As a person begins their care journey it often marks a time of change, which can be confusing and unsettling for them and their loved ones. We recognise this and will be there to provide support to all family members and friends, especially during the moving-in process, periods of ill health, bereavement and grief. We’ll hold your hand each step of the way.
Within our homes residents can spend time with their visitors in comfortable and welcoming spaces. Whether sitting in the fresh air of our beautiful gardens, relaxing in their private room, or simply having a cup of tea in a cosy communal lounge. Our homes are designed to be places where residents can enjoy quality time with family and friends. We always have a hot cup of tea and a biscuit available for our visitors!
